All 20 homes at Riverdale Developments’ Scholars Place in Iwade have now been sold, less than a year after the Kent development was launched.
Riverdale launched Scholars Place in October 2025, bringing a collection of 20 new homes, including 2 first homes, to the popular village of Iwade.
The development attracted strong interest from the outset, with buyers drawn to the combination of contemporary homes, village setting and good connections to the surrounding London, countryside and Kent coast.
Less than 12 months later, the final home has now been sold, marking another successful development for Riverdale.
The sell-out at Scholars Place comes as Riverdale continues to progress developments and new sites across the South East.
