Riverdale Developments is celebrating the successful completion of The Nightingales in Crowborough, with the final home at the East Sussex development now sold.
Phase 3 was first launched in 2023 and has delivered 71 new homes across this final phase, including 25 homes for a housing association.
The sale of the final home brings to a close a development that has been an important part of Riverdale’s portfolio for the past three years, creating a new community of homes in the popular East Sussex town.
With the final residents now making The Nightingales their home, Riverdale leaves behind an established new community and another successfully completed development in East Sussex.
